The tourist center is located on the foot of Maleshevski Mountains, municipality Bela Voda, along the regional road R1302, Berovo-Strumica. Berovo is around 25 km away from the tourist complex and Strumica is around 35 km away. Near this newly built complex is another popular tourist settlement named Suvi Laki, 6 km away. In 2011, the wine won a bronze medal, Decanter World Wine Award.The wine is best combines with fish. 
The most popular attractions in that region is horse riding. The complex is home to 10 horses that have been brought from another country. Horses are from indian mustang herd and anyone who want to ride can do that that, surcharge applies.
